Frequently Asked Questions: 1. Do I have to be a “member” to attend classes? No, you are welcome to drop in. Membership is not required to attend classes at Yoga Shala. 2. Do I have to sign up to attend? It is not a hard rule that you sign up prior. The preference is that you do. This allows YS to guarantee you a spot. 3. What to do if you are unable to attend a class you signed up for? YS appreciates an email or text when you are unable to make it so the spot may be offered to another person and YS knows you are safe.
